Kevin provided us with expert support in both the purchase of a new home and sale of our current home. His relationships, network, and market knowledge proved critical in providing us with the right opportunity to purchase a beautiful new home for a great price. As it happened, we had no intention to buy a new home the day before we did, and as a result we were hopelessly unprepared to list our current home. In addition, in order to secure the new home we were required to provide an aggressive closing of less than 30 days. Kevin provided amazing support throughout the process leading to the listing and sale of our home in only 8 days. Kevin started by providing a conservative estimate on the sale price for our home, for budgeting purposes. He then developed an action plan to get our home list ready and spent countless hours in our home painting and completing several repairs/improvements. Kevin also provided expert staging services from Pearl Street Home Staging that truly made a huge difference in the sale price of our home. Most importantly it was always very clear that Kevin was working in our best interests. When we received a very strong bully offer after being on the market for <8 hours, he encouraged us to pass, assuring us that we could ultimately do better. He was right, by waiting another 24 hours we had several offers for a significant amount more. We’ve had bad experiences with other agents, where significant pressure was applied to accept the first decent offer, and that is absolutely not Kevin.
