Comparing residential sales price data in E03 (East York) for the month of Nov. 2022 to sales prices for the same month last year (Nov. 2021) what we find is that the average sale price is down 11%. Not great news… but also not as bad as many of the media outlets are reporting. The data presented above, is hyper local info that is relevant to us – those that live here. Much of the mainstream market info provided is Provincial or Nationwide. The price of properties in Sudbury, Hearst, or Laval is irrelevant to most of us.
